Your systems already know what is going wrong.
We make them show it, predict it, and chase it — connecting to the tools you already run, then building the dashboards, forecasts and follow-up your team produces by hand today.
Built on systems we have already shipped to six clients — you see something running inside the first fortnight
| Stage | Items | Value | State |
|---|---|---|---|
| Healthy | 7,658 | ₹— | Normal |
| Ending in 90 days | 438 | ₹2.6Cr | Renew or plan |
| Past support | 316 | ₹1.5Cr | Escalated |

Six things we build. Two kinds.
Four work on what your systems know. Two work on what your documents say. Most clients start with one and add the next when it has earned its place. The seven packages below are those same capabilities packaged for quoting — e-commerce intelligence is the seventh.
Work on your systems' data
We read your systems directly
Your in-house tools read directly — no export, nobody emailing a file.
Dashboards and decks
Dashboard, Excel audit file and slides in your template, on a schedule.
Trends and forecasts
Where the number is heading, what is slowly getting worse, and which ones will cross the line, and when.
Alerts that chase owners
The named owner is emailed, reminded weekly, escalated if it stays open.
Work on your paperwork
Audit against your standard
Presentations, tender bids and compliance files, marked in ~90 seconds, gaps drafted.
A chatbot on your own documents
For staff or for customers, with a citation on every answer and a refusal when it does not know.
And when there is no system at all
Sometimes the data has no home — it lives in one person's spreadsheet, or nobody is recording it. Then we build the small application that should already exist. We will not call it an ERP, and we will tell you which parts we refuse to touch.
You may know these by another name
Most enquiries arrive asking for one of these labels. Each one maps to a package on our service portfolio, and each package runs on one of three engines:
- DeckLoom → Automated Reporting — dashboards, Excel and slides on a schedule
- SignalWatch → Licence & Asset Tracking and Alerts & Escalation — live reads, thresholds, named owners
- DocCite → Document Processing and AI Chatbot — checklist review and cited answers
Common ways people describe the same job:
A dashboard is a place people have to remember to go.
Which is why we do not stop at one. The same connection that feeds the screen also fits the trend, projects the exposure, and emails the person whose name is on the record.
Renewal exposure, projected
The range is always shown. A single predicted number invites an argument about the number; a range invites a decision about the risk.
Every item judged against its own normal
One fixed limit for every machine is useless. Each machine gets its own normal, learned from its own history, so a reading that is fine on one machine raises a flag on another.
The email that actually gets sent
- Day 0Owner emailed. The named person on the record, not a shared mailbox.
- Day 7, 14Reminded. Same item, same owner, nothing to remember.
- Day 21Escalated. Their manager joins the thread.
- ClosedIt stops on its own when the renewal is raised, or declined with a reason.
Your standard, applied to every document
A 34-point quality standard runs over a client deck in about ninety seconds, and the missing sections come back drafted rather than merely listed.
Illustrative product views — measures, thresholds and branding are configured to your business. Alerts go to your own people by default: anything that would reach a customer or a supplier waits for a named human to approve it, and nothing is switched on until it has run silently for a fortnight so you can see exactly what would have fired.
Seven automation builds on three engines
Same portfolio as our pitch kit — fixed scope, quoted in writing after discovery. Most of the work is configuring engines we already run in production.
| Package | What you get | Time | Contact |
|---|---|---|---|
| Automated Reporting Package A · Reporting Engine |
Connects to your spreadsheets or systems and rebuilds the report every cycle without anyone copying numbers by hand. You get a live dashboard, an Excel file, and slides in your own template on a schedule. Each run is saved so you can compare one month to the next. | 3–4 wks | Email WhatsApp |
| Licence & Asset Tracking Package B · Lifecycle Intelligence |
Plugs into the tools you already use and shows every licence, contract, AMC or asset on one screen with its end date and owner. You see what is healthy, what is about to lapse, and what needs action — without opening three different systems. When something crosses a threshold, the right person is named on the record. | 4–6 wks | Email WhatsApp |
| Alerts & Escalation Add-on Package C · Signals & Alerts |
Sits on top of your dashboard or tracking system and watches the numbers for you. When something drifts toward a limit, it emails the named owner, sends reminders if they ignore it, and escalates to their manager if it stays open. You stop finding out weeks after the problem started. | 2–3 wks | Email WhatsApp |
| Document Processing Package D · Review Engine |
Reads invoices, contracts or bid documents and checks them against your own checklist in about ninety seconds. It scores each file, flags what is missing, and drafts the fix — so reviewers spend minutes instead of an evening. Every result is logged so you can see what passed and what did not. | 4–5 wks | Email WhatsApp |
| AI Chatbot Package E · Knowledge Assistant |
Lets your team or customers ask questions in plain English and get answers pulled only from documents you approved. Every reply includes the source passage so nobody has to guess where it came from. If the answer is not in your library, it says so instead of making something up. | 3–5 wks | Email WhatsApp |
| Custom Internal Tool Package F · Purpose-Built Tool |
Replaces the spreadsheet-or-inbox system that only one person understands with a proper register everyone can use. You get records with owners, roles, an audit trail of who changed what, and a clean migration from what you have today. It is one focused tool for one job — not a whole ERP. | 6–10 wks | Email WhatsApp |
| E-commerce Intelligence Catalogue, stock & support |
Works inside the online store you already run — it does not build the storefront. It can forecast stock and reorders from your sales history, write product descriptions from your own data, and help support staff see the customer's actual order when they reply. You can start with one capability and add the next after you have measured it. | 4–8 wks | Email WhatsApp |
Add-on means alerts need reporting or lifecycle tracking underneath — they are not sold on their own. Email opens Gmail with a ready-made enquiry; use WhatsApp if you do not use Gmail.
Discovery first, quote in writing
Every build starts with a discovery workshop that produces a gap map you own. Scope is quoted in writing against your real sources — not from a table on this page. Source code is yours when the build is complete.
A workshop first, then a document you own
Nobody should buy a build from a website. We start with a consultative discovery workshop — a working session, not a sales meeting — that finds where the gaps actually are and which one is worth fixing first.
Discovery workshop
Half a day with the person who actually does the work, using last month's real files. One workflow mapped end to end and the hours counted.
Gap map
A written document in five days: what to automate first, the hours it saves, and a timeline. Yours to share — including with other vendors.
Build & pilot
A working version inside the first fortnight, not a design document — week one on the simpler builds, week four on the largest. Then real data, and two or three of your people using it for actual work.
Run & extend
Hosting, monitoring, fixes, up to eight hours of small changes a month, and a named person who answers — not a ticket queue.
Read-only by default
We read your systems. Changing data inside your own systems happens only where you have asked for it in writing.
Your cloud or ours
It runs inside your own company's cloud account if your policy requires it. Either way you hold the keys.
Your data never trains a model
No client content is used for training, and we will name every model and region in the proposal.
You own the code
Full source and documentation transfer to you on final payment. No licence, no lock-in, no hostage.
Name the report your team dreads, or the thing you keep finding out too late.
Four hours tells you which one is worth fixing — and you keep the written answer either way, including the version where we tell you not to hire us.
